The ability to camp at The Old Gym, Downham Market is granted temporarily for 60 days a year according to new legislation laid out in The Town and Country Planning Order 2023. This amendment seeks to give more flexibility to landowners to operate temporary campsites. We are pleased to provide families the opportunity to use our land and swim here for limited periods of the year.

Swimming is free for campers when the pool is available. If you wish to book a slot during peak times, the pool is discounted to £15 per hour.
